A fancy Japanese chocolate master will open its first branch in Houston in Asia City

Japanese confectionery maker Royce Chocolate, known for its matcha green tea chocolate and chocolate-coated potato chips, is opening a store in Houston’s Chinatown.
The construction permit submitted to the Texas Department of Licenses and Regulations indicated that the store will open at 9798 Bellaire Boulevard and is expected to be completed on November 30. This location is located in Beltway 8 in front of Bellaire H-Mart. And Stirling Square.
Royce Chocolate was established in Sapporo, Japan in 1983. This candy maker is famous for green tea chocolate and matcha pralines, as well as ganache “Namas” soaked in wine and raw chocolate, handmade marshmallows, candy bars filled with fruits and nuts, of course, those Savory and sweet chocolate potato chips.

Since opening, the chocolate shop has expanded to 14 countries/regions, including American cities such as Chicago, New York and Las Vegas. The Bel Air store will be the first Royce boutique in Texas, but this is not the first time a chocolate shop has visited Bayeux. Royce received two pop-up windows at Galleria in 2018, one for Mother’s Day and the other for Christmas.
There is no news on the opening date of Royce, but maybe the boutique will open in time for this year’s holiday season.
The coronavirus pandemic has brought huge changes to the dining environment in Houston, but there is still an incredible amount of food for takeout and delivery
