Brookfield – Chocolate, coffee, pastries and other locally sourced agricultural products are just some of the products offered by Brookfield’s newest Four Corners store.
The aptly named “Four Corners Chocolate and Coffee” is located at 1 Tucks Road and is owned by Stacy Murphy of Redding’s Sweet Pea Farm. It offers indoor and outdoor dining and plenty of gift shopping opportunities.
According to TownAppeal, the store will offer four different types of coffee, which can be purchased in cups, freshly ground coffee or whole beans.
TownAppeal also reported that the store is expected to open in mid-May and then officially open in June. But already on Facebook, people praised it as the coffee and pastries of the locals.
A resident wrote: “Apart from the super cute inside and outside of the shop itself, this is exactly what we have always needed in the city.” They said they got locally roasted organic coffee and sugar-free blueberry lemon muffin.
“There is nothing better than coffee and chocolate-can’t wait to check it!” another comment.
From wind chimes to 10 different types of tea, this shop brings more character to the developing four corners of Brookfield.
In recent months, several other restaurants have rented or moved into the four corner spaces, including a high-end Asian restaurant and an Italian restaurant called LaPiazza.
